These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of Goods on our website www.waawdrobe.com which are sold by Waawdrobe Limited. By placing an order on this website you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions. By continuing use of this website you agree to be bound by the latest Terms and Conditions. You should understand that by ordering any of the products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
RETURNS POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns. On rare occasions, returns are only accepted if there is a proven manufacturing fault with the item. Once we have assessed the item we will contact you directly. If your order is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will offer you an exchange or store voucher. Items for exchanges must be returned within 14 days of the receipt.

It may take up to 28 days for your returns to be processed.

All items must be unused and returned with the original tags and labels. We will not refund posting and packaging costs. If you have any queries regarding products please email [email protected]
Please note due to the bespoke manufacturing of each cap, all caps are not totally identical, however 100% quality of each product is maintained.
CANCELLATIONS

To cancel incorrect orders please contact us at [email protected]. Cancellations will not be possible once your item has been dispatched.
